Corrections are the most valuable messages we receive. If a festival date, an opening time or a price on IKOKA is wrong, please include the page address and, if you have it, a link to the official source. We check every report against that source and update the page once it is confirmed.

We are also happy to hear about features you would like to see, places you think deserve a crowd estimate, or parts of the site that are hard to use on your phone. Business and partnership inquiries are welcome too; please note that we cannot accept payment in exchange for editorial coverage.

We are a small team, so replies can take a few days, and we usually answer in English, Korean or Japanese. We cannot help with bookings, refunds or lost property — for those, please contact the hotel, transport operator or venue directly.

Please do not include passport numbers, card details or other sensitive personal information in your message. What happens to the information you send is explained in our privacy policy.

A useful report usually needs only three things: the address of the page, what you think is wrong, and a link to the official source that shows the correct information — the festival organizer, the shrine or temple, the city office or the transport operator. With that, we can check the claim directly instead of going back and forth. If you cannot find an official source, write to us anyway and we will look it up ourselves.

If a live camera will not play, a page looks broken or a tool is awkward to use on your phone, tell us briefly what you see and on which page. For translations, let us know the language and the sentence that sounds unnatural: IKOKA is published in Korean, English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Spanish, and we want every version to read as if a native speaker wrote it.
